零九骨開始

友人MF早兩日傳來呢個名為“09 Good Start Handbook”E貓,
雖然2月份先講呢啲嘢好似好遲,
但睇完之後又發覺有些少啟發,
所以想同大家分享一下~

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water - 每日都提自己要多飲水,但放工埋單計數通常只得3到4杯.. 你估較鬧鐘每粒鐘響一次,一響就去飲水,咁得唔得呢..
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar - 我係一個唔食早餐副engine會唔著嘅人,而晏晝同晚飯都可以食唔太多,最大劑係肥底仲要愛食甜品囉..
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants - 其實我都好少食太過加工嘅食品..
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy - 係第二個E爭少少..
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer - 我返工嘅時候成日meditation架..
6. Play more games - mind game唔算架呵..
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.. 08年我好似一本書都無睇過,咁今年只要睇一本都算reach到target喎..
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day - 再多啲都得啦..
9. Sleep for 7 hours - 我通常1點上床8點起身,足7粒鐘..
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile - 行10至30分鐘絕對唔難,但係一路行一路笑,啲途人會以為我傻架喎..

Personality:
11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about - 係呢,我硬係覺得人哋好過我嘅..
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment - 呢樣我正在努力學習ing..
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits - 咩為之over do先..
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does - 我覺得對自己過份寬鬆就真..
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip - 哈哈.. 呢樣真係真係做唔到..
16. Dream more while you are awake - 同meditation一樣,返工成日做架啦,有邊個無架呢..
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need - 點都有啲嘢會係無而會恨架喎..
18.. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness - 未有partner所以唔知,不過根據歷史我就無試過囉..
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others - 唔係呢,真係有啲人我一見會拎歪面架呢..
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present - 我一向都好接受自己過去嘅..
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you - 呢句啱聽..
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the cur riculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learnwill last a lifetime - 係囉,我highschool algebra都唔合格嘅,咩都唔記得晒lu..
23. Smile and laugh more - 如果棚牙白啲同笑嘅時候唔見咁多牙肉,我絕對唔介意笑多啲..
24. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree - 其實我承認自己屬於死都要拗贏嗰一類人,要改要改..

Society:
25. Call your family often - 我同老太住架.. 不過,都係可以再陪佢多啲嘅..
26. Each day give something good to others - 我怕係自己認為骨但人哋唔係咁諗..
27. Forgive everyone for everything - 咁我暫時無遇過啲不可不原諒嘅人或事嘅..
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6 - 老太over70啦,6歲小朋友去邊樹搵呀..
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day - 咁應該唔止添,今日開會都起碼有一檯俾我搞到笑啦..
30. What other people think of you is none of your business - 人哋點睇你係因為你點對人,太過唔在意又唔得嘅..
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch - 朋友(老死)從來不缺,要感恩..

Life:
32. Do the right thing - 至弊係以為自己做嘅嘢係啱囉..
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful - 咁我唔可以同某啲同事傾偈..
34. GOD heals everything - 雖然我唔屬於任何教派,但仍相信每一個宗教嘅GOD都係以打救人為宗旨嘅..
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change - 回頭望總係發覺自己為某人某事以沮喪係好傻,但當時嗰一刻嘅情感又的確好真,要係嗰一刻就可以let go,超難..
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up - 面對事實有時係好難嘅一件事..
37. The best is yet to come - 承你貴言..
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it - 每朝擘大眼第一樣嘢會諗嘅係.. 吓鬧鐘咁快又響..
39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy - 知道啦,盡量啦..

Hahahaha, ho ho siu ar! Esp > 38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it - 每朝擘大眼起第一樣嘢會諗嘅係.. 吓鬧鐘咁快又響..

我都係早餐派. 愈來愈覺得dinner食肥人. 但我有一樣野同你唔同, 就係唔多好甜野. 一般人既甜對我黎講已經太過.

講關於飲水, 每日飲8 杯清水其實唔難, 以我為例, 每朝一起身空肚飲 3 杯, 返到公司1-2 杯, around 11 再飲1 杯, lunch 前或後 1 杯, 下午時段黎 1 杯, 臨放工前再飲 1 杯, 返屋企食晚飯再飲湯, 其實都夠 10 杯添架啦~~~
飲多d 水皮膚會好d 架~~

係喎.. 真係好易喎.. 咁不如你又跟我逢二四六去馬場跑步, 每次跑5K, 其實都唔難架..
